We all know that beauty sleep does wonders to your look. When I was young, my mom always said beauty rest is important, but I never get it exactly why sleep could make us look good. Now I know that sleep is probably the most important things you can do for your body inside and out. Enough sleep is very vital for both your mind and your body. The healthier you are on the inside, the more radiant you will be on the outside. It is as simple as that!

There is a reason why they call it beauty sleep. Do you remember when you experienced trouble sleeping? How do you look in the next morning? You have sloppy eyes, messy hair and bad mood? I am beginning to believe that is my problem, and I am going to have to spring for a brand new mattress before too much more time passes. If your mattress is way too soft, or maybe too firm, you are not going to sleep well. It also helps a lot if you use the correct mattress size for your need. For example if you use a full size mattress when you're sleeping together with your wife/husband, both of you might be having trouble sleeping nicely. After using the ideal mattress, the next thing you should take a look at is the atmosphere of your bed room. Your bedroom have to be for sleeping and for sleeping only. It's going to be more difficult for you to sleep for example if your bedroom is filled up with things that reminds you of work or possibly the bedroom is just too messy. Keep work out of your bedroom, and also keep the mess picked up. Also, check if the light inside your bedroom is too bright or there is a sound that is bothering you. Wear a sleeping mask and get a fan or white noise appliance to reduce noises that could be holding you awake at night.

- Stay away from large meals right before bed time. An active digestive system will disturb sleep.
- Minimize light, noise and temperature extremes; the bedroom should be comfortably cool, about 68 degrees.
- Never read, watch tv or work in bed. Use the bed only to sleep. This will help to prevent you from developing sleep disorders.
- Stay away from caffeine, nicotine or other stimulants within 4 hrs of bed time.
